A humanoid civilization, capable of time travel. Two Vorgon criminals, Ajur and Boratus (pictured), traveled back some three hundred years from the 27th century to locate Jean-Luc Picard, in hopes of finding the powerful Tox Uthat. Ajur and Boratus were thwartened when Picard destroyed the object to prevent it from falling into the wrong hands.
