Cardassian military officer. Toran was dispatched to Deep Space 9 in 2370 to deal with political dissidents Natima Lang, Rekelen, and Hogue. Toran was killed by his old political enemy, Garak, after Garak realized that murdering the dissidents would hurt Cardassia. Gul Toran was first seen in "Profit and Loss" (DS9). |
